Support for Clay2000 is provided at many levels:

Level 1: Integrated Help file in the software.

Instant Help: Press F1
Clay2000 installs a fully interactive Help File along with the program. Simply Press [F1] in any Screen to get help on that Screen.

For "First time Users", and "Seasoned Users", the "TOUR of Clay2000" provides a simple Training course on what Clay2000 will do.

Most "User initiated" problems have been experienced already by previous users. This "experience" ranges from Broken Hill Gun Club to Commonwealth Games, World Cups, and European Competitions. The Help system has been trained by these experienced users and provides additional help at critical moments.

Level 2: Online Support.

This Web Site (dedicated to Clay2000) provides Frequently asked Questions (FAQ). All questions asked by Users will be answered here. FAQ is provided in various levels.
